I. Return Warranty

We offer a 15-day return policy:

  • You have 15 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • Once your return is approved, you have 7 calendar days to return the item from the approval date.
  • Returns must be postmarked within 7 calendar days of the return approval date. Items not postmarked within this timeframe will not be accepted.


II. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
  • A $4.95 return/restock fee applies to all approved returns.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Promotional or final sale items
  • Personal care products (e.g., beauty items)
  • Bodysuits, undergarments, or dresses/skirts with attached undergarments
  • Gift cards
  • Items returned without prior authorization


III. Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately at support@pink-seal.com if:

  • Your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • You notice issues like stains, ripped fabric, broken zippers, poor-quality material, or significant differences from the product image.

For qualifying defects, we will arrange an exchange if the item is in stock or a return if not.

We are not responsible for size issues or if the customer simply dislikes the item.


IV. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email support@pink-seal.com within 15 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos if applicable.
  3. Our customer support team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions.
  4. Do not send items back to the return address on the package. Returns must be sent to the address we provide.

Incomplete or unauthorized return requests will be declined.


V. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved.
  • If approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method (minus the $4.95 restock fee and shipping).
  • Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process and reflect in your account. Please contact your bank or card issuer if you experience delays.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please reach out to us at support@pink-seal.com.


VI. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, please:

  1. Submit a return for the original item.
  2. Place a new order for the item you want.
