Return Warranty

We have a 15 day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

I Return Policy 

  1. You can return items within 15 days after delivery. We have a friendly customer support team waiting to serve you. All you need is to contact us, and describe the problem or the return reason along with your order number in your emails.
  2. There is a $4.95 return/restock item fee on all approved returns.
  3. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, with no signs of wear or tear and in its original packaging.
  4. We are responsible or partially responsible for all the following defective items within 15 days: stains, zipper malfunction, ripped or torn, poor quality materials, obvious color difference, and major difference between the photographed product and the product that you have received. Damaged/defective items will be subject to an exchange if the item is in stock.
  5. We can allow the return once we have received all information needed to process your return as outlined in our return policy.
  6. We do not accept returned packages without prior authorization from customer support.
  7. We are not liable if size doesn't fit or for customer's subjectivity or if customer dislikes the item.
  8. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  9. No returns on promotional items.
  10. No returns on personal care goods (such as beauty products), bodysuits, undergarments, dresses or skirts with attached undergarments, and gift cards.
  11. Shipping fees are non refundable.
  12. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please follow up with the courier to file a claim.


II Return Process

If you had any problem after receiving your item, please send email to our customer support team

To ensure your return is processed in a timely fashion, please provide your order number, describe the issue of the product, and provide us pictures that can display the problem.

  1. Once we have received your request via email, we will reply to you within 24-48 hours.
  2. Please DO NOT return your products directly to the address on the package that you have received. Our customer support team will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Any returns will be valid only when it is accepted by our customer service center.
  3. If you DO NOT provide sufficient information as requested, we have the right to reject your request for return. 
  4. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment or gift card, minus a $4.95 return/restock fee and shipping fee. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to reflect on your credit card and/or PayPal account. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

III Exchange & Refund

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Please note, damaged/defective items will be subject to an exchange if the item is in stock.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
